Refund policy

For food & beverage products, returns and exchanges are only applicable for damaged products and incorrect orders. Requests for return or exchanges will be reviewed and accepted on a case-by-case basis.

For merchandise, returns and exchange requests have to be made within 7 days from the day the order is received. We are only able to accept returns in the event of damaged goods or misplaced orders. Change of mind is not applicable.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@oatside.com. Please include details of your Order Number and photos of your purchase in the event of damaged products or incorrect order.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
