Flexible Plan: If you're allergic to commitments or simply prefer a no strings attached situation... we've got you. The flexible plan is designed for spiritual beings who are, as we like to call it, committed to being not committed.

- Choose the desired flavour, quantity (by case; each case contains 6 units of 1L oat m*lk) and frequency of delivery (be it days, weeks or months)
- Et voila! You get your OATSIDE sent straight to your doorstep every cycle
Better yet, you can modify, cancel or take a break from us anytime you want. To sweeten the deal - you get a discount, and only get charged upon each delivery; plus, did somebody say free shipping?
Commitment Plan: For all OATSIDE lovers with loyalty inside your DNAs. We know how it feels when you can't get enough of oat m*lk, and we don't wish it upon our worst enemies. To ensure that life never gets in your way when you need an oat m*lk top up... meet your match made in heaven - the commitment plan.

You will be charged a fixed amount every 12 months because let's face it, when you find the one, why do you need to wait? You can modify your monthly delivery date anytime on your accounts page if you occasionally feel like taking things slow...
Yes! Log into your account here and click on the yellow 'Manage Subscriptions' button. From there, you can manage your subscription and make changes as required.
You know how they say to not let the expiration date on your dreams pass you by? The same thing applies to your OATSIDE subscription. Don't be alarmed if it says your subscription status is expired - this means that your subscription is prepaid and the upcoming orders are pre-created. Rest assured that your oat m*lk will be delivered to you according to your schedule!
While we cannot guarantee you a post-breakup glow-up, we understand that when we love someone, we should set them free.
So, breaking up with us is easy,

- Click on the yellow 'Manage Subscriptions' button
- From there, you will be able to cancel your subscription

The flexible plan is a pay-as-you-go arrangement where you can easily adjust the flavour, the number of cases and how often you want OATSIDE to be delivered to you. The commitment plan is a long-term subscription arrangement for those who prefer a fuss-free, one-off payment for 12 months. You can also reschedule the delivery dates in the subscription portal.

Local Delivery Method
• Standard Delivery ($6.00): 1-3 Working Days
• Next Day Delivery ($8.00): Next Working Day, between 9am-10pm (For Orders placed before 1.30pm)
*We currently only ship within Singapore
*Delivery operations run from Monday to Saturday (excl. PH and Sundays)
Returns and exchanges are only applicable for damaged products and incorrect orders. For merchandise, return/exchange requests have to be made within 7 days from the day the order is received. For the oat m*lk, return/exchange requests will be reviewed and accepted on a case by case basis.
