Can I drink chocolate oat m*lk if I have a gluten intolerance?
In most cases, chocolate oat m*lk should be safe for individuals with gluten intolerance.
Oats themselves are naturally gluten-free, but cross-contamination can sometimes occur during processing, especially if oats are processed in facilities that also handle gluten-containing grains like wheat, barley, or rye.
Although we are not certified gluten-free, based on the tests on our oats, the gluten percentage is less than 70 ppm (parts per million.) For people with celiac disease, it is generally recommended to only consume oats labelled gluten-free and rigorously tested to contain less than 20 parts per million (ppm) of gluten. Please always consult a healthcare professional before making any lifestyle changes.
